Sweet and Sour Brisket - A Harris Favorite

Brisket - 6 lb

Sliced Onions - 2 large

Garlic - 2 minced

Brown Sugar - 3/4 c

Ketchup - 1 c

Water - 1 c

Salt and Pepper to your liking

Vinegar - 1/2 c

Place brisket in heavy skillet and brown on all sides.  Add and brown onions and garlic.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered until meat is tender.  For us it's about 2.5 - 3 hours.  And enjoy!
